Gained further knowledge in the dairy sector from a practical perspective. Worked on a range of farms within Marphona, including herring bone vs rotary and organic vs conventional.

  6 week packaging project where a report was produced and the results were presented to the CEO and Managers. Met with several different packaging companies and the Christchurch City Council to gain relevant information. Gained experience working at the head office of a large company.

  This was full time employment over 5 weeks in the summer break. Harvesting flax, peas, wheat and lentils and involved in the research of new varieties. Gained knowledge of horticulture.
