Managing Active Directory 2008R2, Exchange 2003/2010, VMware clustered environments, network equipment's (fortinet, juniper, hp) and email filtering (fortinet) for all locations; administering Kaspersky Server-to-client solutions, managing backup solutions with Arcserve, managing entire hardware/software solution for diagnosing/programming BMW Cars and also travelled to their location for installing servers and implementation of the BMW software. Worked with IBM Servers, IBM Fiber Storage, and Lenovo workstations. Projects: 2012 – migrating 250 domain users from an old and damaged 2003 domain controller and exchange server 2003 to a freshly 2008R2 & Exchange 2010 different domain environment using ADMT Tools and Exchange PowerShell scripts during a full weekend to keep the business offline as minimum as possible. This migration was made at the same time with all dealers. 2014 - implementing AD policies to strengthen our security, maintain AD and Exchange continuously up to date, enforcing security on fortinet firewalls (webfiltering, antivirus, vpn, etc) and fortimail (building own custom dictionary and filters to reject spams, sometimes we reach over 35k spams/day with a high rate of success). Very good knowledge on Active Directory Services, Exchange 2007-2016 Servers, Office 365 and Google Apps, different backup and monitoring solutions (Veeam, Azure Backup), Network and Firewalls (Fortinet, Mikrotik, Zyxel, Cisco, HP). Design projects and implements them to increase business performance and scalability. Provide response for critical emergencies off hours and/or on-site for customers. Also worked offsite at customers for installing and/or upgrading specific hardware like servers and related network equipment. One of the tasks is to audit new and current customers and present to them what problems they have with current infrastructure (including security issues) and offering up-to-date solutions (new infrastructure including cloud options, Disaster backup and Unified threat management solutions). Another task was to deploy open-source antispam solution for at least 7 customers. Antispam solution that has multiple applications integrated to improve accuracy. Main Application is @SSP (Anti-Spam SMTP Proxy Server) combined with ClamWin (Ported Antivirus from Linux and installed as a daemon for @ASSP) and extended signatures for Clamwin from Sane Security.   Maintains entire network of AustriaCard Romania including high security area of bank card production. Maintaining all systems up-to-date and secure, backup systems including offline backups for disaster recovery to fulfill logical security requirements for PCI DSS with documentation on every process with chain command approval first. Aid with development department where administrative rights and access to specific critical business systems which are under dual control access. Provide response for critical emergencies off hours. Design projects and implements them to increase business performance and scalability by upgrading servers, networking equipment’s and software. Keeping contact with IT and Network department located in Wien at AustriaCard Gmbh being the mother company and helping them on big projects. Implemented new backup software and offline backup to tape(s). Manage the offline file transfer software between company and its customers for card production and response files and implemented a new MFT solution to replace the old one being outdated. On all inside networks including high security area I have upgraded much hardware like esxi host(s), physical servers, core and access switches, firewalls and not only software updates. We must comply with PCI DSS standards which are stricter than normal PCI. Keeping Windows O/S UpToDate every month with security updates, checking Nessus reports and fixing detected issues with change request emails with required approval from upper management. Monitoring systems and network devices for any kind of issues by triggering email alerts and physical temp/smoke/humidity monitoring of server rooms. Providing support for yearly visit of PCI Auditor to check if we are compliant for VISA and MASTERCARD standards and support external auditors for yearly penetration test.
