  As an IT Officer Supervisor at Thai Takenaka International Ltd., my role encompasses various responsibilities.In terms of IT work, I focus on developing yearly IT plans, including organizing, planning, and implementing strategies. Additionally, I build and review server and network infrastructure, innovate to enhance IT systems, and execute IT projects within set timelines.I collaborate with Japanese and Asian headquarters by addressing tasks from the ICT department at HQ in Japan/Asia and ensuring compliance with IT policies set by the Japanese headquarters.Operationally, I coordinate with the IT team at the head office, support and update software for staff, and manage IT infrastructure across multiple sites, including Rayong, Amatanakorn, and Lumlukka. I also coordinate and control with external partners like Softbank and NTT, undertake project management for infrastructure projects, and work closely with stakeholders from other departments to implement quality IT solutions. Furthermore, I monitor and maintain server, network, and FortiGate firewall (VPN) security, oversee IT security and Bitlocker implementation, and provide IT helpdesk support. My knowledge extends to MS Windows, MS Office (Office365 support), PC hardware, and network diagrams, and I ensure backup schedules are executed while assisting in maintaining critical systems and user establishments.Regarding communication and self-improvement, I demonstrate strong communication skills, responsibility, and a proactive attitude. I effectively communicate with clients, consultants, and staff to assess their needs and exhibit a self-starting behavior with a willingness to undertake additional tasks as assigned.In terms of document management, I control document submissions, create ISO procedures and distribute documents, record meeting minutes, and create presentations for client bidding.
