  -Search new call for tenders concerning drilling fluids, solids control and waste management in different websites. -Receive a Review and determine scope, requirements and evaluation process communicate tender opportunity.-Develop compliance matrix and/or response structure/templates.-Receive, communicate tender opportunity and engage all relevant internal stakeholders (Legal, Tax, Treasury, Real Estate, HSE, Quality F&A, Laboratory, QA/QC).-Complete the compliance matrix and hold Tender Kick-Off Meeting. Agree on deliverables, assign tasks, set timeline and review strategy.-Follow up with client and coordinate any clarifications/negotiations.-Follow tender instructions and enter information into Porter. -Identify unclear, questionable statements needing customer clarification prior to submission. -Prepare Technical part:• Administrative requirements (Personnel, organization, CVs, Facilities, Parent/bank guarantees, Insurance, Power of Attorney, Certifications).• Technical with specifications ( Scope of work information about services, personnel, equipment, Standard Datasheets, pictures, Job history, …).-Prepare the technical requirements: Mud Programs, LCM strategy, Fluid design…-Review and verify entire response.-Review and finalize electronic document package including any supplementary files and Prepare necessary hard copies.-Submit tender and archive tender response documents. عرض أقل -Maintain good working relationships with COMPANY Drilling Supervisor and crew members, and other service of my Company-Providing guidance related to the hazardous nature of Drilling fluids equipment, service or activity specific hazards that are to be used, to all personnel at worksite.-Coordinating and leading all my company personnel at worksite.-Work together with Solids Control Engineer to ensure that the Drilling and Completions Fluids and Solids Control Equipments are operating correctly and efficiently, when required, and optimised to minimise any losses of fluids from the equipment.-Maintain and calibrate the mud laboratory equipment at WORKSITE to enable accurate reporting of fluid properties in a timely manner.-Take care of the maintenance and calibration of solids control and testing equipment and that relevant safety and environmental regulations are followed up.-Ensure that spacers, pills, drilling and completions fluids are mixed as and when required.-Prepare special fluids (pills) to help solving contingent well problems such as loss of circulation, stuck pipes, kicks, etc. -Maintain the fluids properties as per program, checking physical and chemical characteristic. -Obtain and despatch representative samples of mud or cuttings for laboratory testing as and when required-Optimise fluid characteristics in case of unexpected well conditions. -Check the stock of products available at the rig and plan the requests in order to always have an adequate stock. Report stock levels to COMPANY Drilling Supervisor. -Record every day the characteristics of the fluids and update all additive consumption statistics.-Prepare and deliver to COMPANY Drilling Supervisor all documentation.-Report diligently to COMPANY Drilling Supervisor. عرض أقل
