  Client : Paramount Pictures Corporation.Project : Participation and Residual Information System (PARIS).Worked on the statement conversion process for Paramount pictures Corporation .Requires knowledge of studio finance and distribution accounting. Process involves reviewing participant contractual terms and agreements, extracting the essential data to set-up, process, and prepare the participant’s statement using the PARIS application which is designed to generate customized financial statements for the participants .Each generated statement has to be without any discrepancies with regard to previous mailed statements . Involves intensive planning to estimate time and meet the defined deadlines to convert each contract payable for each participant. It’s a time critical project as the statements are being sent out live to the participants as and when they are converted and ready to be sent as per statement cycle. During Conversion, financial data review is also done to ensure that product data in various systems, including: Aqua Data Studio, POPS, Green Folders are corrected for any financial error. Process requires setting up meetings and frequent communication with Client and onsite team to obtain required information for statement analysis and preparation. Also worked on JIRA Tool and CONFLUENCE for project planning and Knowledge Transfer purposes.
