  Assistant Manager

  I am a theater worker and manager. As a worker I am responsible for selling tickets and concessions to customers, making sure it is a positive experience for them. I also clean theaters and stock the concessions. As a manager I have more responsibilities. I keep track of employees, money, and projectors. I am in charge of getting the movies running and that nothing bad happens. If something happens with a customer, I must be able to resolve it calmly and effectively. I also need to make sure all the money is accounted for, and make sure there is enough change in the tills. There are many other smaller jobs I must do, but these are my main responsibilities.
