In addition, I would disseminate information from drawings, specifications, etc. to foremen, workers and subcontractors so that they clearly understood what is required.       Project: Highway extension project Maghrebine association between GABES -MEDENINE.Project Length: 21 km.Cost of the project: 36 673 906, 385 USD.Project Owner: Tunisia Highway.The sectoral objective of this project is to improve the overall functioning and efficiency of the of the transport system in order to contribute to the growth of national and international trade of Tunisia. The highway has an asphalt concrete pavement and is built in 2*2 lanes expandable to 2*3 lanes. The project also included the execution of three bridges with deep foundations (the three bridges are 100ml, 80ml and 60ml long respectively), five upper passage structures and one lower passage structure. My responsibilities are to support the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) group in the design, planning and execution of the company's infrastructure by providing management with critical and actionable information that ensures projects are delivered on time and within budget. The installation of a security system was therefore urgently needed. The goal of security project was creating obstacles for illegal border crossing. The project included construction of surveillance and command centers along the 285 km border between Tunisia and Libya. my basic responsibilities were to review the design drawings and specifications prepared by the designer and verify compliance with the engineering design standards, I was in charge of the completion of the entire construction scope, schedule, budget and quality of work delivered by sub-contractors. During the project life cycle, I provided multi-disciplinary construction support services such as construction planning and scheduling, inspection and testing, reporting and record keeping, document control and distribution, site communication procedures, site meetings, field reports, quality review, safety, construction phase reports, archival drawings, final reviews and punch list work, and move-in and start-up activities. In addition, I reviewed the construction contractor's CPM (Critical Path Method) schedule and phasing plan for the project and propose recommendations to help the project optimize cost, quality and schedule.
