Conducted community gap analysis for selecting sites and ensuring infrastructure was in place to assist in logistics. Contacted selectors of the awards and setup logistics for building supplies, medical supplies and staffing for the clinics and hospitals. Selected to be the Transportation Coordinator to develop and setup financial/operation systems to ensure the safe operation and management of transportation fleet consisting six Land Cruisers and 2 SUV’s. Set up a transportation system consisting of transportation logs, fuel monitoring and maintenance for the fleet. Set up a tracking system for yearly vechicle inspections and insurance renewals. Served as the liaison for investigation for all accidents with police authorities and insurance adjustors.
