      Tomra was the world's largest reverse vending machine producer, playing a large role in recycling of bottles and cans made out of plastic, glass and metal including aluminium. My activities involved reviewing of the Korean environment related laws to determine if the country could adopt to recycling system such as Tomra's. My activities were performed through my role as the Chairperson for the Environment Committee at the EU Chamber of Commerce where we created annual White Paper in various industry sectors for the Korean government. Fund raising, special events.Major Accomplishments - Opening of a new int’l schoolI spearheaded and pursuaded the Korean government to subsidize establishing of a new European int’l school in Seoul to make S. Korea more attractive to foreign business community (as part of Korea's initiative to become Northeast Asia's business hub). This initiative resulted in that Seoul municipal government donated 20,000 m2 of prime land in the heart of Seoul, plus over USD 130 million was contributed by the Korean Ministry as part of the school construction fund. STIA provides customized digital platform (and customized mobile application) as well as international standard content. STIA researches and creates bespoke content using bite size, interactive, and engaging digital content. With this, STIA offers customized online training system for senior care institutional players. The system enables customers to combine their own training material together with STIA's structured and standardized content. STIA's content covers all stakeholders in the senior care industry including caregivers, seniors and their family members and volunteers. STIA content include training material for the caregivers as well as information to prevent and manage chronic symptoms common for seniors. One of our focus area is brain health - preventing and managing dementia - focusing on lifestyle to reduce risk of dementia. As of September 2021, STIA has 310 short videos in its library which are individually copyright registered. STIA is a member organization of CPD Certification Service.
