I was responsible to grow new accounts, retain existing accounts and generate and grow revenue within my division. My job included hiring and training an elite group of sales people to meet those objectives. This included helping my sales team refine their prospecting, cold calling and closing skills. My job was to make sure they worked at a high level of activity to meet company revenue and new client acquisition objectives. I was also responsible for all hiring, training and on-boarding of newly hired sales representatives.
