  I provided strategic leadership as pastor on the Crystal Cathedral's "SaLT" (Servant Leader Team) and offered spiritual formation mentoring to ministry leaders.Also I was the Executive Director of the New Hope Counseling ministry at the Crystal Cathedral. I have trained over 1,000 "New Hope" lay counselors. I started "New Hope Online" which features 24-hour live help on the Internet.

  With my wife Kristi I serve full time in our nonprofit ministry to pastors, pastors' wives, and other ministry leaders. We offer counseling, spiritual mentoring, and spiritual formation coaching. We speak (separately or together) to groups in churches, at conferences, and spiritual retreats. I have written five books including, "Your Best Life in Jesus' Easy Yoke," and contributed to others including "The Life Recovery Bible."
