Assist area team maintenance AMT 1A to perform static equipment inspections, troubleshooting, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and Reactive Maintenance (REM) activities in Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) and Saturated Gas Plant (SGP) to ensure equipment healthiness for equipment in operation.2. Involved in preventive maintenance activity: for Heat Exchanger E003 E&F. Site monitoring for pulling bundle using bundle puller at CDU3. Participated in the comprehensive initiation of the Fuel Oil System (FOS) through Pre-Activity Safety Review (PASR), Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Pre-Start-Up, and Start-Up phases, effectively driving cost savings in fuel oil utilization.5. Involved in Commissioning by overseeing the thorough cleaning of the entire pipeline using Plant A. Implemented precise oil flushing procedures for Hot Pump P-001 A&B to prevent grease buildup and ensure clear passage throughout the pipeline.6.
