      Determine and analyze various risk associated with the mortgage and ascertain accurate info to cover the risk ( hazard, flood, wind, other risks associated with that of loan)Co-ordinate with other departments (foreclosure, law, and customer service depts.) on the pending cases and provides a thorough review to bank, and appropriate actions taken to resolve the case.Analyze information obtained for mortgagee, test the sufficiency of coverage with that of risk and take appropriate procedural steps to cover the hazard risk, keeping in mind all the laws (FEMA act, FDCPA act) and other state laws.Disburse payment from escrow fund to the carriers to cover the hazard risk, and keep track of escrow balance, new loans, principal balance, maturity and closing dates, refunds, double payments and multiple loan and advise the bank to take necessary steps if required. Ensures accuracy, appropriateness of resources, and completeness of information. Works with co-workers and clients in Information Services, conduct internal audits on daily basis and make recommendations towards enhancements of mortgage services, reports and information contained therein to meet informational needs.Prepare ageing reports, production report, and quality report, update the loan trackers, project estimated work completion report by weekend and other mortgage reports.Client EngagementDaily interaction with the client team in handling workflow, challenges ahead and delivery.
