  Best Health Care is a function of Time management and Information management. MP50 makes it possible for patients to create their won medical dossier and share that with each healthcare provider during their life. This is easy and very effective with an ROI, return on investment, that is a dream come true. Together with the international IT-company Sosaro, we make this possible, at low cost, for all patients, for all doctors, in all languages. Each doctor can create questionnaires to save time and improve the patient's active involvement, for a better patient-doctor dyad. Show less MP50 combines many domains related to Health Care. The name MediPrepare saw the light in 2014, MediPrepare2050, in 2019. The latter was changed to MP50 to becomes suitable for the shorter MP50.org domain name. My vision about using data directly collected from patients originated in 1972 during a summer scholarship at Mt. Sinai, NY, NY, and in 1980 when I met Harry Pople and Jack Meyers at Pitt, PA, USA. They formed probably the first IT-MD team and developed Caduceus, one of the first computer diagnostic systems. In 2000 I experienced how preoperative clinics changed the MD-Patient dyad. From that point, I had to rely on what colleagues and anesthesia nurses told me about my patients. Information transfer by proxy is very different from before when I usually did that myself. Preoperative Screening became one of my special interests resulting in the development of MediPrepare. Now, 20 years later, MP50 is an open-source project that assists patients to always carry their Medical History dossier with them on paper, smartphone, in the cloud, a smart health vault, or in POD. Together with MP50's preferred IT partner Sosaro.com, I introduce doctors, MD-Ambassadors, to Dynamic Questionnaires in their IT-development environments. By Sosaro's expertise, further development of the Open Source into IT-Production-Grade environments can quickly become available in the form of a dedicated server to individuals, physicians, clinics, hospitals, and countries worldwide. A large part of my career I have been working in tertiary health care and trained younger doctors.

This project is the result of my interest in IT, my life-works in Medicine, spanning over 50 years. MP50 is the result of 20 years of research and development.
