Projects managed were one to two years long with 20-40 resources onsite. Also managed product safety and EMC compliance efforts for those projects.Hardware/software products released include the creation and expansion of the Optima, Octaire, and Epica DGX audio / video matrix switcher product families.Developed and improved project management tools and processes within the Project Management Office.   Samsung closed the acquisition of HARMAN International in March of 2017.Managed the release of products within the Hybrid Switching, Control and Signal Management product lines as part of the HARMAN Professional group. These hardware/software development projects ran for one to two year development cycles, with teams of 30 to 50 members, and were single or dual site projects.Products released for the audio/video markets include the Epica DGX 288 288x288 matrix switcher, the Enova Digital Media Switcher product refresh, and 4K30 video platform updates to the Enova product line.Developed and improved project management tools and processes within the PMO. Worked with other PMO members to gather, analyze, and present project information to stakeholders and executives.
