  I am the Vice President and Head of the Innovation Hub at RepRisk AG, where I work to support idea generation to further enhance the world's largest dataset on ESG risks. Research Technology directs the business requirements for technology developments in internal research processes for RepRisk's growing analyst team. In this role, Liz collaborates directly with the frontend and backend developers as well as the ESG research and risk analysis teams to optimize and introduce advanced automated approaches to the analysis workflow. Operations Managers oversee daily operations and manage the recruitment and training of RepRisk’s growing Global Analyst Team. In this role, Liz directly supervised the non-English analyst team and was also responsible for the management and refinement of RepRisk’s news search processes and operations-related technology developments. The ESG Risk Analyst team is responsible for analyzing, summarizing, and scoring the incident according to RepRisk's proprietary process. Before a risk incident is published, it first undergoes a thorough quality assurance review and approval.
