  Customer service as the HR initial process to Cluster Americas. Our clients here are the employees from Tetra Pak. We give them support regarding the HR process, such as recruitment, payroll, benefits, learning and development and rewards. I always like to mention my mentors when talking about my job/activities and Valeria Tupan taught me how these HR processes from the America’s countries. She has been the best agent from America in the last 3 years. Here I started working on a project to increase the quality and the customer experience of the service we deliver. This project consists on analyzing the volume of calls answered with the total calls received (in English, Spanish and Portuguese) and those answered with the “tickets” registered (shows how we are dealing with the calls). The AskHR Monitoring Project is still ongoing and I already noticed an improvement on the English line when considering the abandoned calls and the time in queue for the employees. Exibir menos I started my career as a Learning and Development intern in Tetra Pak. I could not describe my experiences without thanking my mentor Melina Souza who gave me support, helped me and taught me over these 4 months. Here, my main experiences were:* Support with analysis and reports (about the organization and about LinkedIn Learning) - organization: support on training forecasts for 2020; - LinkedIn Learning Admin: - Analysis made on our employees preference for courses and; - Learning path for interns in Tetra Pak based on a survey* Training management: - Managing the participant status on the trainings; - Contact with the vendors and; - Set up of room layouts and coffee breaks.
