  Don DeGrand, PE, is a senior project manager responsible for a wide range of engineering activities, including reports and planning, detailed design and construction management. Don continues to demonstrate leadership and engineering expertise with his nearly 40 years of diverse professional experience in both the public and private sectors, as well as in the mining industry. In his ten-year consulting engineering career, Don lead and/or participated in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater projects in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and Wisconsin, with detailed process design experience for water and wastewater treatment plants. With 25 years of experience with the State of Michigan Department of Environmental Quality Community Drinking Water Regulatory Program, Don has extensive knowledge of the technical and managerial operations of drinking water systems.
