  • Report to the General Manager on all Quality matters as required• Ensure the safekeeping of the QMS Master Files• Monitor the QMS to ensure compliance by all personnel• Create an internal audit schedule and ensure it is carried out• Ensure that Management Reviews take place and are minuted• Ensure that corrective actions are taken after internal audits and non-conformances and that they are closed off on time• Liaise with all staff at least monthly to ensure that they are maintaining records• Implement any decisions relating to quality arising from Management Reviews or from the General Manager• Provide information to other Departments regarding queries about quality matters• Represent the General Manager on a daily basis in all matters relating to quality• Advise staff members regarding the creation of Procedures / Forms or the revision of existing documents. Review all new / revised documents before approval by the General Manager• Monitor the QMS Folder and sub-folders on the Department I.T. system to ensure that correct revisions of documents are in use• Monitor the quality objectives in each department to ensure that they are being actively pursued and compared with actual performance• Create reports on any aspect of the QMS and its effects if required to do so by the General Manager• Place any new document in the relevant area of the Quality Folder on the I.T. system, inform staff of its existence and brief them on its contents if necessary• Ensure that all of the foregoing is carried out in line with the GDFT Quality Policy, the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and the relevant procedures Show less
