  In Avid Gaming we make and market betting products for a Canadian audience.• Collaborated with business owners from project inception, managing the rollout of new product features like Pinata Picks, Play By Play, Multiple Singles and Same Game Parlays. Conducted thorough analysis to measure the success of these features and user paths, leveraging data-driven insights to iterate and refine designs. Some of these features were key factors in staying competitive in the gambling market.• Implemented innovative processes to accelerate development timelines and streamline workflows by championing the switch to Figma. This enabled the team to deliver high-quality designs at a faster rate and speed up the handover process to developers by 80%.• Established a design system which resulted in greater efficiency and productivity for both designers and developers, and decreased bugs and inconsistencies site-wide.• Demonstrated leadership capabilities as acting lead for almost 3 years.
