  Responsibilities include management over the following programs: the Access Center, Short Term Outpatient, Employment Services for Individuals with a Mental Illness, Crossroads Clubhouse, New Directions Peer Recovery Center, Integrated Health Access and OBRA. Direct supervision of staff (Integrated Health, OBRA, Employment Services, and grant related projects), as well as managing budgets for inpatient psychiatric units, private and state hospitalizations, and department budgets. Other oversight within the Access Center includes jail diversion and Monroe courts. Assist in the hiring of staff and other administrative functions. Coordination of OBRA services for Monroe County Nursing Home placements. Oversight of the utilization management of authorizations for Medicaid and general fund services in relation to community and State inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. Ensure standards for State and local policies and procedures are met and plans of correction are completed. Oversee awarded grants: Wellness Grant and Jail Services Grant. Show less
