Role of Security Manager my main task to understand the inherent problems existent within the security department & find ways to not only give solution but also to ensure the plan effectively works on ground. It was a tough task keeping in mind the Labour Industry in Seychelles. Had to revamp the entire department from scratch, getting new face both from abroad & local. Put the SOP in place for Standard Rules & Regulation & Disaster Management for the Resort itself. Did put the required paper work in place & ensured daily reports were updated to the Resort General Manager. Did rework with the vendor to change the fire alarm system & fire equipment's which were used within the resort. My main achievement was managed to curtail the number of theft cases with the limitation my team worked with. Show less
