  I have learned Ignition SCADA software during the internship period. I took the domain of 'Industrial Robotics' under Rajesh Bhatt's mentorship. The project topic was 'Design engineer and operator UI and process planning for RWC'. The Ignition software helps make web application for an interaction between the customer, the design engineer, and the operator. The customer order makes an order by sending a design file of the product that needs to be welded. Then the design engineer checks for any correction of the order made by the customer, if all information is properly given then the customer order is processed as a work order and then it is given to the operator. The role of the operator is to understand the design and then operate the manipulator and complete the order given by the design engineer. Show less

  I had a very humble opportunity to work at IIT Delhi. The project was under the guidance of Prof. S.K. Saha and my mentor Mr. Rahul Sharma. I worked on "Integration of IMU Sensor with 6 DOF Articulated Manipulator" where I created a CAD design of a DIY Manipulator. Then the integration of the IMU sensor that is MPU9250. the first step of integration was to calibrate the IMU sensor, after attaching it on the top of the Manipulator. Then calculate the orientation of the manipulator using the IMU sensor to trace a path by attaching a pen on the gripper. Show less
