      As a phase rep, I keep my year group informed about relevant issues, updates, and initiatives discussed at MedSoc/ medical school meetings. Additionally, I facilitate two-way communication by regularly seeking their feedback to bring to the attention of the committee. As a president I have organised interactive monthly talks or debates about current ongoing medical ethical issues. Connected with other university committees for in person conferences with professors delivering great ethical talks. Also held sessions to practice our debating and research skills as a team to enhance our skills for debate competitions and conferences. Organise weekly sessions for 5 weeks to provide support to selected participants through online one-to-one mentoring. As a mentor, we need to act as a role model and as an ambassador for Higher Education and the University of Sheffield.
