      Working in the Oil Processing Group, focused on Crude Stabilization Unit [C.S.U]. I was tasked to determine the overall efficiency of the crude-heater and pre-heaters deployed in the C.S.U to improve their performance and reduce the total cost incurred. I was also asked to analyze the current safety measures taken in the tanking systems used for storage of stabilized crude oil which is further sent to major customers of ONGC such as HPCL, BPCL, RCF, etc and provide better alternatives for possible future revamping projects. I understood the functioning of the Enhanced Reactive Thermal Oxidizer, which is used for acid gas mitigation. Show less
