Despite complex integration requirements, the project was delivered ahead of schedule and on budget. This system processed millions of transactions, overdelivering on our client's original objectives. Our solution not only exceeded client expectations but also drove measurable increases in customer satisfaction and loyalty, allowing them to execute targeted marketing campaigns effectively. This highly profitable project strengthened our client’s business objectives and positioned our organization as a trusted, innovative partner in delivering impactful business solutions.During a two-year overseas assignment in Montevideo Uruguay, I contributed to the development of the TeleLINK system, a comprehensive Telecom Management, Customer Care, and Billing solution for ANTEL, Uruguay’s national telecommunications provider. As part of a four-year project involving hundreds of developers, I played a key role in enhancing the user interface, transforming the customer service agent experience with a modern, graphical interface to improve efficiency. Additionally, I adapted our transaction system for high-volume automated testing, ensuring the solution could handle significant load demands.This work was instrumental in helping ANTEL transition from a legacy mainframe setup to a client-server architecture, which marked a significant modernization their operations and enabling improved service outcomes for both employees and customers.
