both milestones achieved with very low risk profile moving forward • Preliminary Design Review for Release One step 1 achieved Jun. 2021, and step 2 achieved in Dec. 2021 • Commercial strategies defined and put in place to take full advantage of Target Cost Incentive (TCI) model, resulting in win-win agreement between Vendor and Client during variation discussions • The team, largely Melbourne-based, has shown resilience in minimizing impacts of COVID-19 during the pandemic and kept the tempo of the Program, keeping all major milestones on schedule Show less ResponsibilitiesWithin OneSKY, supporting the CMATS Program Manager in the delivery of the new Civil-Military Air Traffic Management System;
