  • Introduced the first Customer Care service unit in the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service, with a view to a more Taxpayer/Directorate friendly relationship.• Piloted the setting up of the Criminal Prosecution Unit and created the guidelines for prosecution of Tax Defaulters used by LIRS.• Served as Head of Enforcement of the management team that grew Internally Generated Revenue from 600 million per month to 20 billion per month within 9yrs in Lagos State.• Pioneered the Distrain form of enforcement in Nigeria and left an untarnished corrupt free legacy.• Pioneer member of the management that introduced the Electronic Tax Clearance Card in Lagos State.• Introduced and achieved the first online filing with a view to ease of doing business in 2019.• Served as Chairman, Filing of returns and accurate database in 2018.• Introduced the first Annual Returns online submission platform in any State Internal Revenue Service in line with ease of doing business in 2016.
