      During my time at Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market, Inc., I served as a Generalist to the Kitchen Distribution Center which encompassed over 400 employees from diverse backgrounds. My responsibilities as a Payroll Specialist included, processing timesheets submitted via our Time Reporting System (TRS), for exempt and non-exempt employees on a biweekly and monthly basis which comprehended 12 labor unions. I was responsible for retrieving, analyzing, and calculating factors such as: on-call rates, shift differentials (evening and night), quarterly incentive bonuses to clinical instructors, moon lighting hours, overtime (straight, premium, double), and delivery rates. On top of my payroll duties, I was also accountable for renewing employees compensation agreements on a fiscal year basis, determining changes in vacation accruals, I-9 verification, employment verification, new-hire entry into the Payroll Personnel System, and renewing all staff and faculty appointments every fiscal year.
