  * Responsible for the development and execution of Capital projects for Peel Living portfolio; (subsidized housing) from inception, implementation to closing.* Responsible for managing staff, contractors and consultants through all the cycles of the project phases which includes and are not limited to:- Estimation and budget preparation; clarification and confirmation of the scope work; and review of technical specifications. - Contract management and Coordination with property managers.- Liaising with city officials regarding project permits, parking permits, and TSSA to ensure a positive work relationship with city representatives and external agencies.* Sample of Projects (all work in occupied buildings)- Kitchen and Bathroom millwork renovation. Installation of 500 individual units in multiple sites.- Work in multiple townhomes and midrise buildings, including carpet and flooring replacement (300 units), deck and patio upgrades 300 individual units, major asphalt and concrete sidewalk upgrades, electronic access control, CCTV monitoring systems. - Vertical Transportation: A comprehensive system upgrade that includes civil work, electrical, CCTV, Elevator Mechanical work, Fire Alarm Upgrade, and remote centralized monitoring system. Twenty different buildings completed - Mechanical Work; Replacement of complete mechanical building suites, including Heating Boilers, Complete Hot Water System, Chiller and MAU many projects completed in parallel.- Fuel Upgrade System for Diesel Generators completed fifteen different sites to meet TSSA compliance, liaison with TSSA officials to gain extension and complete the upgrade process.- Generator replacement and removal of the existing system; work completed in four different sites.- Underground Parking Garage repairs, waterproofing and asphalt repairs work completed in several locations.
