      ● Maintaining, supporting, modifying, configuring, and upgrading AT&T Mobility Packet CoreNetwork in the USA for devices, such as Cisco NX-OS 7000 C7010 (Distribution Routers),Cisco IOS 7606, Cisco IOS 7609, Cisco IOS 7609-S, Cisco IOS 7613, Cisco IOS 3845, CiscoIOS 6509E (access switches), Juniper (MX960), F5 Load Balancers (LTM, GTM), HP devices(6125, Flex-10).● Coordinating with Project managers and all the necessary teams to successfully scheduleand implement changes on the network and deliver the requested projects in a timelymanner. Involved in large IT projects, which are critical for network maintenance, e.g.installing/upgrading software and hardware to all the devices on the network.● Running and managing backup procedures of configuration files, before and after anynetwork changes. As part of such changes, I perform proactive health checks to AT&T’sdevices (CLI commands, checking graphs).● Participate in an on-call Rota (including out of hours and weekend), being the first andsingle point of contact for our Tier 1 engineers.● Providing Lifecycle (Implementation) & Break Fix Support (monitoring, analysis, troubleshooting and resolving network software/hardware issues) for AT&T IP Services, and assuring the core IP services arefunctional for all the 100+ millions of our wireless subscribers during on call Rota.● Experience in using monitoring and performance tools like Grafana, Vitalsuite and Cacti. I also havebasic knowledge of bash, since some of our devices are UNIX based.● Creating TAC cases with Vendors (Cisco, Juniper, F5, and HP) and coordinating with them,in relation to fault resolution.● Good verbal and written collaboration/communication with my team and other groups fromdifferent levels and different worldwide locations across the organization (USA, Europe andIndia).
