  I have over 2 years of experience in the HR domain and currently serve as an HR Executive - Shared Services at The Adecco Group. In this role, I manage the entire employee lifecycle for both the USA and Canada, leveraging HCM tools such as SAP SuccessFactors and ADP to streamline HR processes.My responsibilities include executing HR CORE processes, managing end to end onboarding to offboarding, and ensuring smooth transitions. I handle colleague data management (promotions, demotions, transfers, data changes), payroll management, and resolve employee queries related to HR processes. I also take ownership of creating and developing SOPs and DTPs, and guide and train my colleagues. Additionally, I coordinate with various departments to ensure high standards of service delivery.Previously, I worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant with Adecco India, managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing candidates, and facilitating onboarding. I collaborated with key clients from diverse industries, including Wipro, Accenture, EY, UST Global, HCL and Apple, to meet their hiring needs. I am also a LinkedIn Certified Recruiter. Show less
