  Working in improvement projects with cross-functional and global scope, includingdevelopment of several supply chain related IT systems and integrations. Main responsibilities are project planning, execution and delivery while monitoring and controlling projects’ quality, schedule, cost and scope. Reporting to the project owner, management teams as well as to project stakeholders. Main task was to produce monitoring reports and communicate the results to interest parties. The knowledge of material and information flow was essential in order to analyze the discrepancies in the information flow process. Other responsibilities consist of creation and development of way of workings for specific monitoring requests. Responsible for leading and developing the remote team for Area North Europe as well as handling administrational tasks for the local team. The responsibility areas included performance management, change management during organizational restructuring as well as building the team to perform together as a team and as individuals. Main responsibility was processing of spare part quotations and orders: to ensure good quality and lead time of orders, as well as to follow up spare part deliveries.
