      I did an internship in Front Office Department at Grand Dafam Signature Surabaya Hotel / MORAZEN Surabaya, which helps guests in doing check-in, as well as offering product for guests and giving solutions to guests' questions. This is a lesson during my internship :• FDA : In this section I take care of the arrival and departure processes for guests with internal procedure and using the (Power Pro Hotel System). 172 comfort and elegant rooms. Explain about breakfast times and the facilities in the hotel (Restaurant, Bar and lounge, GYM, Swimming pool, SPA, and Jacuzzi). Handling wake up call.• Reservation : I also handle guests when booking rooms By phone, email, travel agents (TA), online travel agents (OTA), and walk-in guest. • Telephone Operator : I also the operator explaining the products knowladge offered at the hotel. As well as connecting calls from outside guests to the designated divisions such as to restaurants, sales, and the bar & lounge section.
