  Responsible for the installation of pipework and other mechanical services on the following Projects:- Garden Island, Fleet Pier Project (1995 to 1996), As site foreman looking after the installation of varying types of pipework systems supplying navy ships with: vacuum, sewerage pipework on abolition blocks, diesel fuel lines and high pressure compressed air (40,000 Kpa).Fremantle Hospital Psychiatric Ward (1993 to 1994), As site supervisor looking after the installation of all of the mechanical services to a new three storey complex consisting of 55 air conditioning system, dirty & clean ventilation systems, sandwich and stair pressurisation systems.Innaloo Shopping Centre (1992), As site supervisor looking after the installation of all of the mechanical services to Kmart, 50 specialty shops and a food court, consisting of 10 air conditioning system, chiller & boiler plant, dirty ventilation systems and smoke exhaust.   Alex Pesti founded Commercial Pipe Installation in 1997. Starting off as a one-man team, the company was built on his reputation for hard work and dedication in the mechanical services industry. Over the years the company has expanded, with a team of dedicated workers stepping on board.Commercial Pipe Installation is based in Landsdale, Western Australia. The company premise consists of a workshop for fabrication of pipework items and administration offices.The management staff of Commercial Pipe Installation, are all industry professionals that have been in the mechanical services and pipework industry for over thirty years.Today Commercial Pipe Installation is working on sites all around the state, at universities, hospitals, shopping centres, high-rise buildings, mining and industrial sites.
