  I led a ~10-member team that built a new data analysis pipeline in C++ and Python using cutting-edge algorithms and mathematical frameworks, and used it to analyze complex heterogenous data from outer space. We successfully tested Einstein's theory of gravity to unprecedented accuracies.

  I performed bayesian parameter estimation from astrophysical data in the form of time series, frequency spectra, etc. I also mentored graduate students towards their Master theses and led research groups with ~5 members. I pioneered completely new research paths in this role, and effectively communicating my ideas and vision led to the acquisition of research funds to the tune of EUR 350,000.

  My role involves data engineering and statistical analysis of multidimensional datasets, using techniques like Principal Component Analysis and heuristic greedy algorithms. For instance, I designed a new modeling technique that makes the analysis 90% more efficient and reduces computational time from years to days.
