  As of 2021, I have simultaneously served as Facility Manager and Program Manager for the Building Improvement Toolkit (BIT) program, providing strategic oversight for the organization by managing an innovative sustainability operation and maintenance training/green building certification program. I excel in researching and identifying new technologies and best practices to advance energy and environmental sustainability while promoting technology sourcing efforts and facilitating internal best practices sharing with clients and support sites. To date, we have helped clients cut energy consumption by 25,400,000 kBtus, lower water consumption by 4,083,000 gallons, divert 92.7 tons of waste from landfills, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 2,165 metric tons. I also proved instrumental in adopting policies and best practices that enabled Southface to capture a 40% reduction in energy usage, a 28% reduction in water usage, and a 90% waste diversion rate.
