  Responsibilities To oversee the curriculum mapping / planning of all ASDAN (Award Scheme Development and Accreditation Network) qualifications across the school.To oversee operational and programme management of the department and delivery of the qualification whole school.To work collaboratively with all ASDAN staff in creating an agile, creative, engaging curriculum with clear learning pathways.To create data reports of pupil accreditation and qualifications for all year groups (Year 5 to 11) and track pupil progress and implement interventions where required.To create individual pupil strategies in line with their Educational Health Care Plan needs to support holistic progress.To support teaching staff blending the use of technology in the classroom to reduce pupils barriers to learning.Provide proactive support with implementing new technology tools in the classroom.Deliver regular departmental meetings to support ongoing needs analysis for the department, pupils and staff.
