  As QA Lead, I was tracking production issues, creating security test scenarios, liaising with developers to find impact of new changes, defining processes for test plan and various testing cycle phases, and reviewing user stories/requirements for validity/feasibility. I was also generating issues report, functioning on test plan for installing/configuring test environments as per QA assignments.Moreover, I was preparing test cases from requirement specifications, working Waterfall/Agile projects, coordinating with Product Owners in Agile, and attending ceremonies like Sprint Planning, Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospective. I was also executing Functional, Integration, and Regression Testing for software modifications with zero production of new bugs for the executing functionality, while ideating Development Plan for test code implementation in Java language using TestNG framework and Eclipse IDE.Also, I was introducing Robot Framework, Hybrid Test Automation Framework, POM using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Java, motivating the team towards innovation, reviewing test strategies, and ensuring that various kinds of testing like unit, functional, performance, stress, acceptance, etc. got covered.
