Supervises the clinical placement and contract coordinator team. Oversees and maintains all aspects of the College of Nursing program management and evaluation software applications that support clinical placement, the collection of data to meet assessment and accreditation requirements, and the College of Nursing as a whole. Provides supporting reports and data for the College of Nursing Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) accreditation, university wide New England Commission of Higher Education (NECHE) self-study, Comprehensive Program Evaluation Plan (CPEP),and NC-SARA. Leads multiple strategic initiatives including but not limited to: College of Nursing clinical management software implementation, reevaluation and streamlining of core clinical compliance policies, reassessment and replacement of outside vendors, creation of marketing materials to showcase and highlight our nursing programs, raised awareness of the need for a texting platform and spearheaded that initiative for the College of Nursing.
