Lead cross-functional teams to develop new spinal implant and instrument systems, investigate new processes, and engage and develop talented employees. Launched six major spine products that created over $500M in revenue. Each product is still being sold and generating over $80M annually. These systems had no major product complaints and no design changes since launch. Manage a team of five direct reports to innovate and develop new spinal implants and instruments.Lead new product development teams. Recently developed and launched a medialized pedicle screws system of instruments and implants, and cement injectable pedicle screw system for minimally invasive surgery. Responsible for leading cross functional teams in the development of spinal fixation systems. Most recently developed a leading minimally invasive (MIS) posterior spinal fixation system. Developed anterior cervical plating system consisting of full implant and instrument set. Lead development of anterior and lateral thoracolumbar plating system. Additional experience developing posterior cervical pedicle screw and laminoplasty plating systems.
