  I transferred to help with the new store opening as a store trainer which was challenging but thoroughly enjoyable as it allowed me an opportunity to get involved from the start and ensure the store was set up right from the start. I progressed to the APTM role. I supported the Personnel Manager dealing with disciplinary, recruitment, payroll and general HR matters. I also continued to provide training for colleagues on an ad hoc basis.
