  · I originally worked assisting customers with heavy objects and collecting carts from the parking lot along with other miscellaneous tasks, including operating forklifts and other power equipment. I then work as a technician in the service department as crew leader where I was responsible for the smooth operation of the shop, including checking on-hands, ordering supplies, keeping everyone busy and organized, and as a trainer for other crew members. As well as servicing vehicles. I then worked as a receiving associate before transferring back to the Tire and Lube department where I worked as the support manager overseeing 10-20 associates. The responsibilities included managing the everyday operations of the tire lube express including training and orientation of new associates, scheduling, daily reports, budgets, merchandising, as well as dealing with customer issues. Next I oversaw 30-40 associates on the third shift as a support manager, until I became an Assistant Store Manager where I oversee the day-to-day operations of a 200,000+Sq. ft. $100 million/yr Super Center. Driving sales in my assigned areas.Driving the financial performance of my assigned area. Ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures. Providing supervision and development opportunities for hourly Associates in my assigned area and upholding the Company's Open Door Policy.
