  I am the Aircraft Maintenance and Flight Health and Safety Supervisor at UPS. I support all Aircraft Maintenace gateways and UPS flight crews in the United States. I focus on compliance in the following areas: OSHA, Hearing Conservation, Respiratory Protection and Emergency Response Manuals. I also conduct Worker's Compensation case management with injured employees. I am a Health and Safety Specialist that focuses on injury reduction and management. I maintain multiple emergency response compliance manuals and the respiratory protection program. In this role I managed the operations of twenty package handlers. There was a focus on loading and unloading packages in a timely and efficient manner. In this role I was a package handler in a fast-paced warehouse environment. I was the Union Co-Chair of an employee retention committee. I also was a co-chair of the Comprehensive Health and Safety committee with a focus on employee wellness.
