  -Working with all of our product leaders and staff in the branch to mainstream operational efficiency, and review pain points that need innovative solutions. -Facilitating branch level integration of CHQ initiatives.-Research and interview internal network for improvement opportunity and best practice research. -Develop /program apps that help improve operation processes, and higher level analytic tools for management level. On a personal note, I am really enjoying this position. I have been able to change the way people operate and view the work they do. I enjoy bringing management together to brainstorm new ideas and push forward and bring focus to our goals we've set and developed together. I am still training on computer programming and web development, but it has been extremely satisfying to be able to immediately deploy the knowledge I've gained in the form of automation tools and web development. My end goal is to remove and automate as much mundane work from our teams as possible, we have an incredible team of talent working for us, and they need their time and talents focused higher level goals!
