My interests in the sustainability field include energy efficiency, systems analysis and optimization, sustainable business development, sustainability performance metrics, sustainable product design, life cycle assessment, and waste management.While at UM, I was part of a team working with the Patient Food and Nutrition Services (PFANS) division of the UM Health System. Our work resulted in a series of recommendations that would help PFANS meet their sustainability goals and position them on the leading edge of patient food service in healthcare.
