  01) Mainly take charge of the quality issue for electronic materials, deal with the production line quality issue and work with the supplier to improve the quality level for incoming materials. 02) Leading audit for new supplier's qualification and qualified supplier's yearly quality system audit. 03) Communicate with supplier to dispose the nonconforming material which incoming or discovered by the production line and push vendor to improve incoming material quality level.04) Issue a copy of formal SCAR to supplier if there are some nonconforming materials found at IQC station and follow up the corrective action until the quality issue is closed.05) To improve the supplier's quality level, will hold quality meeting with supplier at regular intervals, such as quarter quality meeting, monthly quality meeting.06) Conduct education and workmanship training to the IQC inspectors, review supplier's quality performance periodically.07) Work with CQS (Customer Quality Service) to deal with the quality complaint issue. 收起

  01) Basically, station in Alpha's contract manufacturer to oversee the production to ensure each process and raw material purchased by CM can meet Alpha's workmanship standard and AVL BOM requirement, including NPI support, besides, will fulfil QSA/QPA to supplier periodically act as leader and instructor to them.02) Work with American colleague to handle the quality notification issue, for the quality complaints, will team up with CM to conduct the root cause analysis then take CAPA to improve it by official 8D/5C report, also verify the implementation effectiveness for the action plan. 03) Will perform the routine quality system audit to Alpha's supplier to make sure the quality system and workmanship standards can be fulfilled effective, including new supplier qualification, keep more suppliers regulatory competition, which can lower the risk of delivery and the cost pressure.04) On behalf of Alpha US quality team to do the FAI for the new sample to reduce the risk of nonconformance and expedite the sample approval cycle.05) Interact with America to dispose the RMA goods and follow up the troubleshooting result at CM, will push them to conduct the failure analysis and take preventive and corrective action to ensure the same issue would not be recurrent if possible.06) Will hold quality meeting with Alpha critical supplier to review the quality performance at regular intervals, e.g. quarter quality meeting to continually improve the quality level for incoming materials.07) Will go to CM's production line to perform the process audit and notify them of the findings and potential issues, push them to improve it in a timely manner, 08) Carry out KPI performance management for CM, that is I will review the monthly KPI performance CM provided for Alpha family products to achieve CIP (continual improvement planning) purpose, like OBF09) Take part in the drafting for Alpha China ISO9001:2008 Quality System Files. 收起
