  I started with Towne as a technician and left as a floating maintenance manager. My responsibilities simply put were to go help other properties catch up in areas they were lacking and help them get organized to operate more efficiently.

  I responded to maintenance requests as well as maintaining the property in general. I kept the shop stocked as well. I shared the responsibility of turnovers with another maintenance technician. We also performed multiple projects as a team.

  I am responsible for ensuring my residents are well taken care of. My team accomplishes this by completing work orders as quickly as possible. We also push through turns with a keen eye for detail and as rapidly as possible to be ready for scheduled and immediate move ins. I personally schedule out turnovers and complete most of the work orders. Including HVAC, plumbing, electric, carpentry etc. I strive to do as many aspects of maintenance in house, within reason.
