  During my time at Indiana School for the Blind I was the recreational coordinator. I developed and modified activities both physical and social for children with impairments to actively enjoy in a safe and fun environment. These activities both encouraged kids to push their cognitive, physical, and social boundaries to increase their quality of life.

  At Georgia Practice Facility I was a gym trainer and motocross trainer for motocross athletes of all ages and skill levels. This required me to modify exercises and teaching techniques for each individual to best benefit progression. This experience allowed me to gain knowledge in a field that is often unknown to other trainers and exercise physiologists.

  I completed 250 hours at Methodist Sports Medicine completing a physical therapy internship. I completed roles similar to the rehab tech position. I spent my time learning from physical therapists regarding how they treat, examine, and determine procedure of care.
