  At Georgia Practice Facility I was a gym trainer and motocross trainer for motocross athletes of all ages and skill levels. This required me to modify exercises and teaching techniques for each individual to best benefit progression. This experience allowed me to gain knowledge in a field that is often unknown to other trainers and exercise physiologists.
