  * Conducting endurance tests on engines from TML like 475 MPFI, 1.2 XETA, 497 TCIC etc. as per test protocols. Familiar with Full throttle performance, Oil pressure mapping and consumption tests.Assembly & inspection of various engines for Development & Endurance testing.* Provides facilities for trials of Engines as per Customer requirements.* Conducted various tests on engines this includes mechanical development, durability testing, component development & performance testing.* Worked on Durability & Performance Development of 1.2 REVOTRON petrol Engine.* Analyzed any failure observed during testing \ teardown & solve it individual or with design team.* Monitor the characteristics and failures during the endurance trials & prepare failure reports. * Reporting the details of testing to TML and managing day to day activities of Engine testing center.* Communicate with ECU & Trouble shoot engine with calibration tool VISU.* Prepared complete program of IASYS 3.6 test bed operating Software as per the protocol given by Customer.* Hands on experience in Engine wiring harness, sensors, actuators, instruments & conditioning systems used for engine testing.* Sound knowledge of engine dynamometers, test bed preparation, test instrumentation* Sound knowledge of Eddy current dynamometers, test bed preparation, test instrumentation, data acquisition and calibration.
